Every single member of staff I came into contact with beginning with receptionists were cheerful, friendly and professional. Procedures are so detailed and everything is checked and double-checked.
The ROH had been recommended to me by others who had experienced care there and I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending them too if you are undecided about which hospital to choose.
Everything and nothing.
- Care and compassion very good.
- Food very acceptable despite all you hear in the media.
- Discharge procedures could be improved. Took too long for no apparent reason when the process is known and predictable.
Lots of waiting around which could be easily available.
- Liked the visit at home by the cross team - excellent.
Good service.
The care has been excellent! Having follow up built my confidence. Thank you.
Seeing me in my own environment on a one to one basis.
A wonderful service long may it last.
Nothing can be improved.
Excellent staff.
All went well and gave me confidence.
I am extremely please with all care I have given from all nursing and home care I have received and could not ask for any better.
